Plans and sketches of your new landscape*

After you've signed the proposal and sent the retainer fee, we measure your site and prepare base plans, unless you've already had it surveyed.

Using the base plans, we design your future landscaping, illustrating it with an annotated plan and perspective sketches.

When the plans are ready, we meet with you to present them, and leave you a copy for review. Once you've made any changes or added any comments, we meet again to finalize the design before preparing the final drawings.

We often use sophisticated computer tools to create virtual models of proposed designs. Using a portable computer, we can "walk through" the designs with you, show you schematically where shadows may fall, and explore the new landscape before it's built.
